Mandalika Tourism Project: Indonesia Investigates UN Expert's Accusations of Human Rights Violations

Taufiq added the implementation of the development of The Mandalika, including land acquisition, has also been directly monitored by the National Commission of Human Rights (Komnas HAM) and there has been no statement of human rights violations.

The Mandalika is one of the super-priority international-class tourist destinations and is part of the 10 New Bali established by the government. It contains many integrated attractions including the Grand Prix motor racing circuit, parks, luxury hotels, and resorts.
