JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Five Indonesians living in the Netherlands have tested positive for Covid-19, bringing the total number of Indonesians infected overseas to 2,942, the Foreign Ministry confirmed on Sunday, January 24.
“More Covid-19 confirmed cases in the Netherlands,” said the Foreign Ministry in the @Kemlu_RI Twitter handle on Sunday.
The number of Indonesians infected in the Netherlands has increased to 24 from 19 people.

Meanwhile, nine Indonesians abroad have recovered from the Covid-19. This includes eight people in the Netherlands, and one person in the UK.
Overall, 2.084 cases, or 70.8 percent of the total confirmed cases have recovered. New coronavirus-related deaths have not been reported this month.
Until now, Indonesia had recorded 1,285 infections with 171 fatalities and 687 recoveries.
As of January 24, the details of Indonesian nationals who have been tested positive for Covid-19 abroad are as follows:
1. Albania: 1 citizen (in stable condition)
2. Algeria: 12 citizens (recovered)
3. Australia: 11 citizens (10 recovered, 1 in stable condition)
4. Austria: 3 citizens (2 recovered, 1 in stable condition)
5. Azerbaijan: 15 citizens (11 recovered, 4 in stable condition)
6. Bahamas: 1 citizen (recovered)
7. Bahrain: 29 citizens (28 recovered, 1 in stable condition)
8. Bangladesh: 5 citizens (recovered)

15. Chile: 1 citizen (in stable condition)
16. Cruise ship: 185 citizens (179 recovered, 6 died)
17. Cyprus: 1 citizen (recovered)
18. Czech: 8 citizens (2 recovered, 6 in stable condition)
19. Denmark: 5 citizens (2 recovered, 3 in stable condition)
20. Ecuador: 1 citizen (recovered)
21. Egypt: 30 citizens (27 recovered, 3 in stable condition)
22. Ethiopia: 6 citizens (recovered)
