Although the Indonesian food of ?Bakso? is not necessarily synonymous with Yogyakarta, the Central Java city has some of the best local food eateries to try the dish.

Make your way to Kidul City Hall to try this highly popular Yogyakarta food stall for only $0.55 (Rp 8,000) a portion of Bakso.
It is so famous that there is always a long queue forming before you get a chance to indulge in this classic Indonesian food dish.
Unlike most Indonesian Meatball Soup vendors, customers can choose which types of meatball and other main ingredients go into their meal.
