KOMPAS.com – Finding a place in Bali for some great Balinese food just got easier as travel influencer Harival Zayuka shares his top three picks.
Traveling to Indonesia’s island destination is never complete without sinking your teeth in the complex yet beautifully blended herbs and spices renowned in Balinese food.
“For classic Balinese food such as Nasi Campur, there is a place called Nasi Campur Bu Oki in Jimbaran and Uluwatu,” said Harival.
For travelers or residents in the Denpasar area, Harival strongly recommends the ultra-flavorful chicken rice at Nasi Ayam Kedewatan. Individuals that prefer international cuisines can visit Warung 8 in Bali’s Kerobokan district.
“Warung 8 sits on the side of the road which prices ranging $0.82 - $1.02 (Rp 12,000 – Rp 15,000). The prices are cheap, but you will leave feeling full. People who are late-night owls or those who have to create content, work on their laptops, or suddenly feel hungry can make their way there.”
