When introducing foreign tourists to Balinese food, Nyoman also opts to take them to Pasar Kreneng and Pasar Kuta even though Pasar Senggol is the most favored place to visit when it comes to culinary adventures.

“Favorite Balinese food include Balinese Roast Pork, fried bananas, corn-on-the-cob, and Indonesian sweet rice cakes (klepon).”

Another reason to convince you to come to Pasar Senggol during your trip to the island is affordability.

The Balinese food available at Pasar Senggol are incredibly cheap with some starting from $0.14 (Rp 2,000).

Most food vendors at this culinary gem of a place in Bali open from 3pm until 10pm.
