KOMPAS.com – Indonesia’s low-cost airline Citilink received three accolades in the BUMN Branding and Marketing Award 2020 hosted by BUMN Track.
Based on the press release received by Kompas.com, Citilink won in the following categories:
The awards from BUMN Track were not the first for Indonesia’s low-cost airline as it has a slew of achievements under its belt.

Citilink nabbed a victorious spot as the Silver Champion of Indonesia WOW Brand 2020 for the Transportation and Logistics category during the country’s WOW Brand Award 2020 hosted by MarkPlus.
Citilink CEO Juliandra said at the time that the accolade marked the airline's innovative successes.
Indonesia’s low-cost airline list of innovative schemes include BetterFly Citilink, Barista on Board, Citilink International Festival, Citilink Domestic Festival, Dining Experiences services, and The New Boarding Pass.
Other programs include Flexy Flight, Ladies Trip, Family Pack, and Best Friend Fare as well as other activation on board.
