Erick Thohir emphasized that Egi and Mujenih’s deed is something that state-owned enterprises employees and executive management can also do.

He hopes that Egi and Mujenih’s act can be an inspiration to everyone.

It is proof that there are still people with good morals in Indonesia, said the State-Owned Enterprises Minister.

“This is proof when issues over morals are questioned. That, in fact, many Indonesians have discipline and good morals,” said Erick.

The Minister hopes that both Indonesian railway workers will uphold their kindness going forward.

“This is something that I hope we can maintain in the future. If it can happen in Japan, then why can’t it happen here? Especially considering that we are the world’s largest Muslim population,” said Erick.
