Malls and trade centers should close, but supermarkets are still permitted to open up to 8 pm with 50 percent capacity. However, pharmacies and drug stores can open for 24 hours. Restaurants are not allowed to open for dine-in, only for deliveries and takeaway.
Activities in houses of worship such as mosques, churches and temples would be closed during the Emergency PPKM. Closures will also apply to public facilities, also cultural, athletic and charity events.
However, public transportation and rental vehicles are allowed to operate at 70 percent capacity. The government also allowed wedding receptions to be held with tight health protocols with up to 30 guests in attendance. Food is not allowed to be served, but only for a takeaway by the guests.
Travelers who use planes, buses and trains must show vaccine cards (minimum first dose vaccine), PCR test results for aircraft and antigen test results for other remote transportation modes.
