But Dante maintained that the capital is not a total loss. "Jakarta still scores well in the Bed Occupancy Ratio [BOR] by reducing it," he said.

"The capital also managed to reduce the number of cases and deaths and increase the rate of recoveries as well as improve the medical facilities to combat Covid-19."
On the other hand, the number of active Covid-19 cases after the Eid al-Fitr holiday continues to increase by more than 10 thousand from 416,747 to 426,769. These included an increase in dead from 6,952 to 7,271.
The number of active cases jumped from 7,421 to 10,913 after the holidays. The number of recovered cases likewise increased from 402,374 on May 11, to 408,585 on May 28.
Five neighborhoods in Jakarta are categorized as red zones, while 14 others are designated as orange zones.
