Jakarta Deputy Governor Ahmad Riza Patria said on Tuesday that 89.2 percent of the total health care workers in Jakarta have received their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
“The first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine has been given to 100,115 health care workers or 89.2 percent of its total number [in Jakarta],” Riza said on February 16.
Riza further added that 50,692 or 45.1 percent of the total registered health care workers in Jakarta have received their second dose of the vaccine.
He said no significant issues were found in the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination in Jakarta.
He called on the people not to be careless but be patient while waiting for their turn in receiving the vaccine. Every Jakarta resident, he said, will receive a Covid-19 vaccination.
