The defendants have been sentenced death penalty because they failed to support the government’s program in the eradication of narcotics in the country and could damage the future of the Indonesian youth after the two kept the syabu in a shop on Jalan Raya Takari Taktakan, Taktakan District, Serang City.
“During the trials, the two defendants testified complicated answers,” said Atep.
The court verdict was in accordance with the demands of the prosecutors.
With the verdicts, the two defendants are still considering other legal remedies.
