Crocodile Snatches Woman Doing Laundry in River in Eastern Indonesia

A housewife was killed by a crocodile when washing clothes and bathing in Barakkang River in Central Mamuju, West Sulawesi. The crocodile then was caught by the villagers and taken to the Central Mamuju Disaster Mitigation Agency.

“The villagers caught the crocodile that killed the housewife in the Barakkang River,” said Rusno, one of the villagers.

He said that the four-meter long crocodile was then taken to the Central Mamuju Disaster Mitigation Agency (BPBD Central Mamuju).
