JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Passengers intending to travel to other Indonesian cities on Java island by train can get their Covid-19 rapid test at 12 stations starting Monday, July 27.
State-owned railway operator PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) provides rapid test services for 85,000 rupiahs ($6) from 7:00am to 7:00pm as a way to provide better services and implement strict health protocols amid the pandemic.
At the initial stage, the Covid-19 rapid tests will only be available at Pasar Senen Station in Central Jakarta. The other stations will follow suit gradually.
