This Hotel in Jakarta Made the Cut in the World’s 25 Best Hotels in 2020

KOMPAS.com – A hotel in Jakarta made it to TripAdvisor's 25 best hotels in the world 2020.

The Suites at Hotel Mulia Senayan received the accolade due to its superior hospitality services, making it one the best hotels to stay in Jakarta.

The hotel has a five-star ranking on TripAdvisor, a US travel and review company, was based on 310 reviews from the website users in which 298 users gave it an ‘Excellent’ rank.

The five-star hotel in Jakarta also has service personnel that accommodate hotel guests that speak Bahasa Indonesia, English, Japanese, French, Mandarin, Arabic, German, and Turkish.

One review regarding The Suites at Hotel Mulia Senayan read, “All the Executive Lounge staff is very kind and friendly. The food is great and so is the ambiance. The restaurant food is delicious, and I will certainly return. Thank you.”

Viroth’s Hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia got the top spot in TripAdvisor’s ‘The 25 Best Hotels in the World 2020’ index. The hotel boasts excellent service quality, making it a travel destination on its own.

The Mulia Group’s hotel in Jakarta joins Hanoi La Siesta Hotel & Spa in Vietnam in 2nd position and the Tulemar Bungalows & Villas in Costa Rice which came in the third position.

Each year, TripAdvisor assesses the reviews submitted through its platform including factors such as rankings and destinations frequently bookmarked by travelers around the world.
