Thank You Initiator Friends, Your Qurbani Has Delighted 236,760 People

Human Initiative would like to thank the donors who have mandated their qurbani through the InshaAllah Qurban 2020 program. The series of InshaAllah Qurban programs ended with a closing ceremony at 18.00 WIB, Monday (3/8/2020). 

President of Human Initiative Tomy Hendrajati expressed his gratitude towards the Initiator Friends who had mandated their qurbani through Human Initiative. 

"Based on data as of 3 August 2020, there are around 236,760 beneficiaries in 19 provinces in Indonesia and eight countries," Tomy said in a written statement, Tuesday (4/8/2020). 

Tomy added that hopefully the sacrifice brought a blessing for the Initiator Friends along with their families and beneficiaries. 

The domestic distribution of qurbani was spread to various villages, districts, and cities in 19 provinces of Indonesia. Some of them are DKI Jakarta, Semarang, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Bengkulu, Padang, Makassar, Palu, Ambon, Medan, Aceh, Manado, Bukittinggi, Balikpapan, Pekanbaru, Gorontalo, East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara, West Papua, Grobogan, Buru Island, Luwuk, Purwakarta, Garut, Bogor, and Bekasi. 

The qurbani was also distributed overseas to eight countries: Myanmar, Syria, Palestine, Uganda, Somalia, Tanzania, Kenya, and Ethiopia. 

Thanks to the trust and support of the Initiator Friends, Human Initiative was able to distribute the sacrificial meat to various parts of Indonesia and overseas safely and smoothly. The process of qurbani distribution also followed the Covid-19 health protocol. 

Your qurbani is really meaningful to those in remote areas of the country, as well as to the communities affected by Covid-19. In addition, this qurbani is also beneficial for health workers in their continuous effort to treat Covid-19 patients. As we all know, most health workers were unable celebrate Eid al-Adha in their home or hometown. 

In organizing qurbani this year and in the future, Human Initiative stays committed in their service in order to facilitate goodness from those who are able, to those in need.
